Terms & conditions
Last updated: 1 June 2026
By creating an account or using SWORD ("the service"), you agree to these terms. SWORD is operated by CloudImpl Inc. ("we", "us").
What we provide
SWORD analyzes publicly available Facebook page content and presents it as side-by-side reports. You pay in tokens - one-time purchases via Stripe - and tokens are spent each time you generate a report or chat with Sword Master.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- You must give accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
- One person per account, unless you've purchased an agency or volume bundle.
Acceptable use
You may only use SWORD to analyze pages that are public on Facebook. You agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass authentication or analyze private profiles, friends-only content, or any data behind a login.
- Use the service in a way that violates Meta's / Facebook's platform terms, the law of any country you operate in, or anyone's intellectual-property rights.
- Resell, sublicense, or build a competing product on top of SWORD without a written agreement.
- Scrape, mirror, or automate the service beyond its intended use.
- Use SWORD for harassment, doxxing, or targeting individuals based on their views, identity, or affiliations.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you're violating these rules.
Tokens, payment, refunds
- Tokens are one-time purchases - there is no recurring subscription.
- Tokens expire 30 days after purchase. We surface the expiry on your balance card in advance.
- The free 10-token grant on sign-up follows the same 30-day expiry and is one per person.
- Purchases are final. We may refund at our discretion in cases of demonstrated billing error, a service failure on our side, or where required by consumer-protection law.
What we don't promise
SWORD reads what Facebook chooses to show in public. Facebook may rate-limit, change their layout, or remove pages at any time - and when they do, your reports may be incomplete or temporarily fail. We do our best to recover (visible retries, fresh IPs, cursor-resume pagination), but we cannot guarantee accuracy, completeness, or uptime. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Sword Master's AI responses are generated by a language model and can be wrong; treat them as a starting point, not as facts.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to SWORD will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - including lost profits, lost opportunities, or missed deadlines.
Your content
The URLs, questions, and prompts you submit remain yours. The reports we generate for you, including any tables and summaries Sword Master produces, are yours to use for any lawful purpose. The SWORD platform itself - code, design, documentation - remains ours.
Changes to the service
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. If a change materially reduces what you have already paid for, we will either honour the prior behaviour for your active tokens or refund the unused portion.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to your account; minor changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date at the top.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Colombo. If you are a consumer in another jurisdiction with stronger protections, those still apply.
